Oliver Soleiman grew up in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago and graduated from DePaul College of Law in 2018. He has practiced law in a wide range of areas. After working at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office for two years, Oliver decided to focus on private practice.

He has been a trial attorney at Michael Ettinger & Associates since October 2023. He handles a variety of cases including State and Federal Criminal Defense cases, including DUI’s, Juvenile Crimes, and White Collar Crime. Oliver also handles Civil Forfeiture cases at the firm, and he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He also handles a variety of Family Law matters as well as Civil Litigation.

He has successfully taken on many sensitive and high-stakes cases. He is not afraid to take these cases to trial to obtain the best outcome for his clients. He is able to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of clients, enhancing the firm’s capacity to navigate complex legal landscapes.
